Confirmation of booking:

• To confirm the reservation we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The final payment of 50% must be received not less than 60 days prior to arrival.
• The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.
• Is a required security deposit of $ 1,000 to be paid 1 week prior to your arrival. The payment can be made by bank transfer. The deposit will be returned 7 days after check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted from the deposit.

Cancellation policy:

• 60 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of the deposit
• less than 60 days before your arrival: no refund
